On the afternoon of December 3rd, Sun Ruizhe, President of the China Federation of textile industry, held talks with the Romania ambassador to People's Republic of China Basil Vasilic CONSTANTINESCU CONSTANTINESCU in Beijing. Xu Yingxin, vice president of China Federation of textile industry and chairman of the textile industry branch of China Council for the promotion of international trade, signed the cooperation agreement of Bucharest International Textile Exposition on behalf of China Textile Alliance and Luo Fang. Liang Pengcheng, executive vice president of the textile industry branch of the China Council for the promotion of international trade, vice president Lin Yunfeng, Chang Qing, chairman of Nicolae, VASILESCU of Romania China Chamber of Commerce and industry, Ruxandra Cioaca, three Secretary of Romania Embassy in People's Republic of China, Zhang Jianjun, chairman of Hao Dai international company, attended the signing ceremony.

The Bucharest International Textile Expo is another important exhibition platform for China Textile Industry Federation to help industry enterprises to open up the international market. It is organized by the Textile Trade Promotion Association. It coordinates the textile and apparel supply chain in the central and Eastern Europe with Romania as the coordinate. It has positive significance for promoting the healthy and orderly development of Romania market, implementing the market diversification strategy and expanding the market in central and Eastern Europe.

During the talks, Sun Ruizhe pointed out that in recent years, the "one belt and one road" initiative has promoted closer trade ties and partnerships between the countries and regions along the border, and has been widely recognized and highly valued by the international community. China is willing to work together to build the "one belt and one road" initiative and deepen the "17+1" central and Eastern European cooperation mechanism. It is hoped that a small step in this exhibition can help the two sides take a big step in the field of industrial exchange, project docking, innovative cooperation channels, and opening up cooperation opportunities, so as to achieve common development and common prosperity.

Basil Vasilic CONSTANTINESCU said that in the 70 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Romania, the two countries have deepened their cooperation in various fields, and bilateral economic and trade cooperation has made considerable progress and fruitful results. China's great initiative to build "one belt and one road" has brought great development opportunities to Romania. Romania is willing to work with China to build a "one belt and one road" initiative to expand practical cooperation in various fields including the textile and garment industry under the framework of "17+1". The strength of China's textile industry is attracting worldwide attention. It is hoped that through this exhibition cooperation, we will fully promote the deep development of the two industries in the central and Eastern European market and even in the global industrial chain.

The Bucharest International Textile Fair will be held in Bucharest International Exhibition Center in October 2020. The two sides will work together to create an international exhibition platform to effectively serve and radiate the supply chain of textile and apparel in the central and Eastern Europe, to promote exchanges between the two countries, and to realize the deep development of Sino Romanian textile industry in the multilateral trade of the global market.
