Burberry Released New Deal: Male And Female Employees Receive 18 Weeks Full Pay Parental Leave.

In November 21st, the British luxury brand Burberry (Bo Baili) announced the latest policy on child care. Since April 1, 2020, all employees of the group (both men and women) have been entitled to 18 weeks' full pay parental leave. After the end of parental leave, those returning to work can enjoy 4 weeks' full salary and 30 hour working hours per week.
This policy is based on Burberry's previous parental leave (maternity leave, paternity leave, adoption leave and partner leave) policy, which applies to all employees who work in Burberry for more than one year.
