Recently, Zhangping issued a preferential tax policy for industrial enterprises in difficult times to further reduce the burden of industrial enterprises and promote sustained and stable development of enterprises under the adverse effects of the current financial crisis.
The city's land use tax for industrial enterprises above Designated Size in 2008 and 2009 will be rewarded first by the rate of land utilization and output value. The reward is 50% yuan from 5 million yuan to 50 million yuan per year, 60% from 50 million yuan to 100 million yuan, and 70% from 100 million yuan.
The light textile enterprises with an annual output value exceeding 100 million yuan in 2008 and 2009 of the tax revenue increased by 20% will be rewarded according to the 50% of the local fiscal revenue paid by the enterprises in the year.
For enterprises that use real estate coal, the fee refund standard has been raised from 5 yuan per ton to 20 yuan per ton.
In addition, the city also rewards the products produced by timber processing enterprises above Designated Size in accordance with the 15% of the local fiscal revenue from the tax revenue of timber processing industry production, and reduces the sales fees of mining and metallurgical enterprises. The sales fee for iron ore mines of the municipal iron ore enterprises is reduced by 10 yuan per ton, and iron concentrate is reduced according to the conversion ratio of the raw ore.
