1 theme content and scope of application

This standard stipulates that

shoes

Test method for wear resistance of sole and molding base (sheet).

This standard applies to testing shoes.

Sole

And wear resistance of the forming base.

2 Principle

The rotating grinding wheel is vertically pressed on the sample, and the wear test is carried out at certain load, certain speed and a certain time, and the length of the grinding marks is measured.

3 sample

3.1 shoes, sole or flat test piece (thickness greater than 6mm) can be used as sample.

3.2 no less than four samples per group.

shoes

Bottom or slice.

3.3 sample pretreatment: remove the surface of the sample that affects the test results, require the sample surface to be smooth, and the specimen is placed above 4H in the laboratory.

4 test equipment

4.1 wear test machine must meet the following requirements:

The 4.1.1 grinding wheel is a T12 steel grinding wheel with 20 + 0.1 x 4 + 0.1mm, which has 72 teeth. The tooth angle is 90 degrees + 5 degrees, the width of the tooth tip is 0.2 + 0.05mm, the tooth tip roughness is Ra=3.2 m, hardness HRC is more than 55, and the coaxiality is 0.03mm.

The speed of the 4.1.2 grinding wheel is adjustable in the range of 100~300r/min.

The 4.1.3 grinding wheel rotates clockwise, running smoothly, and the radial runout is no more than 0.05mm.

The load between the 4.1.4 grinding wheel and the sample can be adjusted within 19.6N.

The 4.1.5 grinding wheel needs to be inspected once a year.

4.1.6 test time automatic control, accuracy is 0.1min.

4.1.7 balance scale 2000g, accuracy 5g.

4.2 vernier callipers with 0.02mm degrees.

5 test conditions

The 5.1 load is 4.9N (special requirements can be selected within 19.6N).

5.2 the speed of the grinding wheel is 191 + 5r/min.

5.3 the test time is continuous 20min (special requirements can be selected separately).

5.4 ambient temperature is room temperature.

6 test procedure

6.1 adjust the parts of the testing machine to normal and wheel to 20min.

6.2 the sample is fastened to the left side of the balance of the tester, and the sole is upwards.

Wear of sole

Position adjustment level.

6.3 adjust the location of the mill so that it is aligned with the sample (area enough to be worn) at the leveling place.

The grinding wheel position must be on the upper left side of the support.

6.4 balance the two ends of the balance (pointer to zero).

Then the load on the right side of the balance should be added according to the test load requirements (such as load 4.9N should be added with 500g weight). The contact load between the sample and the grinding wheel is the specified value.

6.5 adjust the position of the grinding wheel height, so that the balance pointer points to zero, then tighten the fastening handle of the grinding wheel shaft.

6.6 tune the time selection to the required value.

6.7 turn on the machine, adjust the speed of the grinding wheel to the specified value, and display the time at the same time.

6.8 when the tester stops automatically according to the prescribed time, the length of both sides of the grinding marks is measured by calipers.

6.9 if the sulfur deficient sample is found during the test, the test will be stopped immediately.

Wash contaminated wheels with organic solvents.

7 test results

7.1 the millimeter number of wear marks indicates the test result, and the effective figure is one after the decimal point.

7.2 at least two for each sample, and two arithmetic average of four data.

If the grinding marks are trapezoid, the long edges should not be larger than the short edge 10%.

7.3 the maximum allowable deviation for each test data to average is + 10%.

If there are more than those, we must retest.

7.4 the test results of each specimen are expressed respectively.

8 test report

8.1 indicate that the tests are carried out in accordance with this standard.

8.2 sample number, name, specification, grade, shoe sole material, manufacturer or inspection unit and wear location.

8.3 sample pretreatment and its conditions.

8.4 test load, grinding wheel speed, wear time and laboratory temperature.

8.5 test results.

8.6 test personnel and dates.
