The Development And Reform Commission Encourages The Development Of Water-Based And Eco Synthetic Leather.
A few days ago, the NDRC announced the guidance list of industrial restructuring (2007 Edition) (Draft). Since the implementation of the guidance catalogue for industrial restructuring in 05 years, it has played a positive role in promoting industrial restructuring.
In order to enhance the scientificity, authority and effectiveness of the guidance catalogue for industrial restructuring, the national development and Reform Commission announced the guidance list of industrial restructuring (2007 Edition) (Draft for solicitation) to solicit opinions from all sectors of society.
The "aquatic and eco synthetic leather R & D, production and artificial leather, synthetic leather finishing technology" is also listed as an encouragement development project.
"PVC ordinary artificial leather production line" is still listed as a restricted item.
"300 tons / year of ink production equipment (except for high technology and pollution-free") is also included in the restricted category.
