Li Ruhu's entrepreneurial history can be traced back to his sophomore year.

In his sophomore year, because his family had been engaged in garment production, he considered using this resource to organize a garment processing plant.

With the help of his father, Li Ruhu's garment processing plant was built.

At the beginning, the scale of the factory was not large. The father helped to pull orders, and he was responsible for orders.

With the joint efforts of the father and son, the scale of the garment factory has gradually expanded. Now there are 30 or 40 employees in the factory, and a branch factory will also be established in the near future.

In the early days of founding a garment factory, there were many difficulties. The biggest problem was the capital problem.

Because of the shortage of funds, the big list can not be processed, and can only help others to process.

In Li Ruhu's words, the factory was built up from childhood.

Later, the Tianjin university students' entrepreneurship network held an invitation to invite Zhao Changsheng, President of China University Students' pioneering network, to give lectures in Tianjin.

Factories attach importance to "reward mode".

Li Ruhu's clothing factory is one of the joining factories of "Chinese migrant workers' pioneering network". Compared with other factories that use "punishment mode" to deterrent employees, Li Ruhu's factory attaches more importance to the "reward system".

He said, "we attach great importance to guaranteeing the rights of workers", "do not enforce overtime" and have a fixed working time.

But overtime work, weekend leave and national holidays are very "humanized".

However, the factory's wages are piecework, and the wages are high. Many workers are willing to work overtime. Through this "reward system", the enthusiasm of the workers has been mobilized to a large extent.

Later, I have to start my own business.

Li Ruhu said that the clothing factory is only one of his subsidiary industries. He did not take this as his main business.

Because the technology content of garment factories is too low, there are thousands of such processing factories in China. If they do not form a certain scale, they will eventually be replaced by people.

I hope to work in the existing units for several years, and accumulate some capital, connections and technology before starting a business alone.

If you start thinking about high tech industries in the future, you'd better be similar to your major.

After all, they have this knowledge, and many of them work in shipyards, at least with sufficient resources.

Li Ruhu said that entrepreneurship in universities should be called experiential entrepreneurship.

After all, college students are immature in their connections, funds and ways of doing things during their schooling period, and the chances of success in starting businesses are very low.

College students should start with experiential entrepreneurship, choose and choose some large enterprises for internship, and not just do some work of selling labor, such as leaflets or something.

Some views on College Students' Entrepreneurship

Li Ruhu said that starting businesses must invest now. Those who do not invest and make money are few. Therefore, college students must be psychologically prepared for entrepreneurship and make adequate capital preparations.

And college students should not be eager to start their own business.

Now the success rate of some college students is very low, because they are full of motivation and lack of patience.

For example, if you want to invest in a photography shop, do not do market research, do not understand industry technology, how can it be successful?

He concluded that college students should have the following conditions: capital, vision and connections.

The "vision" should follow the national policy and move on.

"Connections" mainly depend on what kind of people you are in touch with. He is now setting up an entrepreneurial group, hoping that those who want to start a business will have access to successful entrepreneurs, so college students must pay attention to interpersonal environment.

Finally, Li Ruhu put forward suggestions for students who are preparing and starting a business: encourage entrepreneurship, but do not encourage blind entrepreneurship.

He thinks that investment is not a public good, but a real knife and a knife to do; as long as a project has been spotted, it is necessary to believe in its own vision and resolute to do it.
